Can I track my Registered Post International item online?
No. Registered Post International offers added security options such as proof of
posting and a signature on delivery. However, it is not a traceable service. To track an international mail item, please consider
using Express Courier International.

have my item posted from overseas. How long will my item take to arrive in my destination country?
How long your item will take to arrive depends on where it is
headed and the service you use to send it. You can check our International Post Guide for
expected delivery timeframes for individual countries. Sea / Surface Mail takes from 2 to 3 months.

Please allow 4-7 working days for deliveries
within Australia & 5-7 days to a maximum 14-21 days depending on air mail mode of courier selected for international deliveries.
Surface mail if applicable takes 2-3 months.
RETURN POLICY :
Eventhough we provide after sales service to every jewelry product we sold, kindly note that there's
NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for any Sale items , Pashminas / Shawls bought from
our ebay store. ONLY Misrepresented items and those posted by Registered Mail which are Lost / Stolen or Damaged during delivery
Shall be replaced / refunded less Shipping / Handling Costs. Damaged items must be returned in its Original packaging within
7-14 days from date of receipt. All shipping costs shall be at buyer's expense.
