Your purchased items will be automatically summarized as well as the total price and shipping costs for you to confirm & check. Do the necessary changes you need to make . All Items are normally sent via SINGPOST ( Singapore Postal Services ) within 48 hrs upon receipt of full payment. For Bulk orders, kindly allow at least 4-7 days to process orders as items are handmade only upon order . Other Courier services such as FEDEX / DHL / EMS are also available only upon request.

Registered Postage of SGD$3.50 is a must For Orders Over SGD$10.00

Any additional Jewelry items will be combined for FREE!

If order costs below SGD$10, such item will be sent thru Normal mail unless buyer pays for the Optional Registered postage of SGD$2.00 ( highly recommended ).

Items will be packed in a bubble envelope. I will not be liable for any damaged items during delivery.
Normal Mail packages will be delivered by SingPost to your designated mail box.
Tracking Refference will be emailed to you / seller will confirm the date the Registered Package was shipped . Said Package will be directly delivered to your door for signature and delivery confirmation.

A Flat Rate Shipping for Beaded Jewelries will be calculated depending on the total amount of purchases. Please refer to the table below for Shipping Charges.

Already Included in Shipping / Handling Charges for all Registered items only.

RETURN / REFUND:

There's NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for Sale items and packages posted by Normal Mail. ONLY Misrepresented items and those posted by Registered Mail which are Lost / Stolen or Damaged during delivery Shall be replaced / refunded less Shipping / Handling Costs. Damaged items must be returned in its Original packaging within 7-14 days from date of receipt. All shipping costs shall be at buyer's expense.
